Carolina builds two 6" waterproof steel-toe Gruntz boots, and the difference is underfoot. The CA3593 is cement-constructed with a heavy-duty outsole for a flexible feel from day one. The CA3598 is welt-constructed with a rubber lug outsole, stitched so a cobbler can replace the sole years down the road.
