01. How fast can we be up and running?
Once we agree your approved styles and funding rules, your company portal is live within 48 hours. Most programs go from first call to first order inside a week.
02. What does it cost to set up?
Nothing. There is no setup fee and no platform fee. You pay for boots, at program pricing, and only as they are ordered.
03. Is my company large enough?
The program starts at 10 employees who need safety footwear and scales to 500+. Multi-site companies get one portal with per-location reporting.
04. How can the program be funded?
Company paid, cost share, or payroll deduction. You can also mix them, for example company paid for new hires and cost share at renewal. Voucher values typically run $100 to $300.
05. Do you offer Net 30 terms and tax-exempt purchasing?
Yes. Open-account invoicing with Net 30 terms is available for qualified companies, and tax-exempt status is set once on the account so every order after that is handled automatically.
06. How do employees use it?
They log in to your portal on their phone or desktop, see only the approved styles and their available allowance, and order. Boots ship to their home or to the site, whichever you choose.
