Return and Exchanges

• We strive to provide a hassle-free process via our return portal here
• Just enter your email and order number to automatically generate a free return shipping label
• Most customers will be eligible for an instant exchange, meaning we will ship your new boots as soon as you request the exchange
• There is no charge for exchanges, and non defective returns are subject to a $11.95 restocking fee
• We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no $11.95 fee for shipping your item(s) back to us.
• Returns and exchanges (not due to product defects) must be requested within 180-days and the product must be in resale condition

Shipping Policy for Online Sales

• Shipping Cost - Standard economy shipping is free on all orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 ship via ground for a flat $12.95.
• Shipping Speed: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business (Monday- Friday) days. Expedited orders are rush processed and usually ship within 1-2 business days once processed.
• Online Only Styles: Some of our styles are only available directly from our distributor' warehouse
• Lost Packages: If shipping insurance is not purchased, Overlook Boots is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. Please verify that your address is correct before submitting orders. Overlook will file a claim with the shipping carrier for a refund if customer provides notice of a lost or stolen package within 30 days of the order.
• P.O. Boxes: Overlook Boots does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will automatically refund all orders shipping to P.O. Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• International Shipping: Overlook Boots only ships within the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Order Information and Tracking: All tracking numbers, order numbers, and order updates are sent via email and updated on your account. Please make sure your account information is accurate, including email address.
• Multiple Boxes: Some orders containing multiple pairs of items may come from multiple warehouses or distribution centers, please check your account for individual tracking numbers in case this occurs.

Holiday Season Shipping

• Delivery times increase from November through December. Order volume rises sharply during this period, and each order ships directly from the manufacturer.
• Most orders arrive in about five business days, but during this period some orders take two weeks or longer.
• Delivery before December 25 cannot be guaranteed for any order. The earlier you order, the better your chances.
• Because orders move into processing quickly, cancellations and changes are often not possible during the holiday season.
• If a gift must arrive by a specific date, please call us before ordering at 717-759-3100, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.

Order Cancellations & Changes

• We understand that you may need to change or cancel an order after it's been placed, and we will always do our best to help when that happens.
• Orders are processed and sent along very quickly after checkout — often within a very limited window. Once an order has entered that process, we may no longer be able to cancel it or make changes.
• If you need to cancel an order or change something about it (size, style, shipping address, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We'll check the status of your order right away and let you know if we're able to accommodate your request.
• Reaching out does not guarantee that an order can be stopped or changed — if it has already been processed, shipped, or is otherwise too far along, the order will need to proceed as placed, and our standard return/exchange policy below will apply.
