Unlike a steel toe, the non-metallic composite toe won't set off metal detectors and doesn't transmit heat or cold the way metal can — useful on job sites with temperature extremes or security screening. A Different Kind of Build
The Vicious is a cup-sole boot built on a nylon shank and Trailguard TPU platform rather than Danner's stitchdown construction, so it isn't eligible for Danner's recrafting program.
