An ultra-lightweight 5" duty boot built for all-shift comfort: water-resisting split-suede leather over a shock-absorbing Super Critical Foam midsole and rubber lug outsole, with a fiberglass shank for support and a removable open-cell PU footbed for cushioning and easy drying. Non-metallic construction and a low-profile toe keep it comfortable and compliant for daily duty wear.

There is no charge for exchanges, and non defective returns are subject to a $11.95 restocking fee
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no $11.95 fee for shipping your item(s) back to us.
Returns and exchanges (not due to product defects) must be requested within 180-days and the product must be in resale condition

Shipping Policy for Online Sales

Shipping Cost - Standard economy shipping is free on all orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 ship via ground for a flat $12.95.
Shipping Speed: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business (Monday- Friday) days. Expedited orders are rush processed and usually ship within 1-2 business days once processed.
Online Only Styles: Some of our styles are only available directly from our distributor' warehouse
Lost Packages: If shipping insurance is not purchased, Overlook Boots is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. Please verify that your address is correct before submitting orders. Overlook will file a claim with the shipping carrier for a refund if customer provides notice of a lost or stolen package within 30 days of the order.
P.O. Boxes: Overlook Boots does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will automatically refund all orders shipping to P.O. Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
