Return Policy for Online Sales - Overlook Boots strives to provide a hassle-free returns process to our customer base. We will honor returns for up to 90 days provided that the footwear is returned in original condition and in original packaging with no visible sign of wear. There will be no restocking fee assessed for returns.
The process for returns is as follows
Package your return items in the original shoe box, please do not use that box as the shipping packaging as it can cause damage that may result in refusal by our returns department.
Include a printed copy of your order confirmation in the package with the 10-digit order confirmation number clearly visible.
Ship your package using a traceable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx. By using this method, the return merchandise can be tracked and delivery can be confirmed. The return shipping address is as follows:

All confirmed refunds will be issued within one week via the credit card utilized at the time of checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns on customized items. We do not refund original shipping costs on returned orders, and we do not cover any shipping costs associated with your return.
